Cancellation

At HDCR we understand things come up and bookings need to be changed or cancelled. Please find below our cancellation policy.
·Bookings that need to be rescheduled with less than 24 hour prior notice may incur a re-booking fee.
·There will be no refund for a decrease in numbers of passengers with less than 24 hours notice.
·Numbers of passengers can only be increased by prior arrangement 3 days before the event. 
·Booking arrangements cannot be rescheduled less than 48 hours before pick up.
·Bookings that are cancelled within 48 hours of pick up will not be refunded.
