Cancellation Policy

At HDCR, we understand that plans can change and bookings may need to be amended or cancelled. Please review our cancellation policy below.

Rescheduling

• Bookings that need to be rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ prior notice may incur a re-booking fee.

• Booking arrangements cannot be rescheduled less than 48 hours before pick-up.

Changes to Passenger Numbers

• There will be no refund for a decrease in the number of passengers with less than 24 hours’ notice.

• Passenger numbers can only be increased by prior arrangement made at least 3 days before the event.

Cancellations

• Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of pick-up will not be refunded.
